Globex partnered with us to develop a robust and user-friendly room ordering system that enhances the guest experience in hotels, offices, and smart buildings. The goal was to streamline how users request amenities, services, and in-room items using a seamless digital interface accessible via both web and mobile.
The platform allows guests or employees to order room service, request housekeeping, book meeting spaces, and more—all from their personal devices or in-room tablets. The system was designed to be intuitive, scalable, and compatible with existing building or property management systems.
Cross-Platform Support: Developed using a unified codebase for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a consistent experience whether accessed via browser, iOS, or Android.
Real-Time Service Requests: Integrated live request tracking, status updates, and push notifications to keep users informed about order progress.
